After having an open Table reservation, had to wait 20 minutes then got seated at the bar, not where we requested. No acknowledgement by the restaurant.

Have been to the Buttery many times and always happy with the experience. I had not been seated downstairs before and the noise level was high enough that it affected our experience. Food was great as always.

It was dirty and cold. It was a very cold day but still so cold and the ambiance was not good. I also booked downstairs and they put us upstairs.

The salmon benedict, western omelette and pancakes were the best we ever tasted! The service was excellent and the room was cozy and warm sitting by the fireplace. Can’t wait to return.
