Soy Cowboy is an upscale and sophisticated pan-Asian concept, transporting guests on an adventurous tour through the flavors of China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and more. The menu includes a selection of sharable plates exploring classic Asian cooking techniques including traditional sushi, tempura, wok, robatayaki, hibachi and teppanyaki, as well as Korean barbeque. Guests can also expect an innovative cocktail menu paired with an extensive wine and sake list.

    Food comes out when it’s ready. Had to wait wait for friend to get their food after rest of us had finished eating

    The food was delicious, very unique! We loved that the portions were shareable so we were able to taste several items. Service was very attentive. We will definitely plan to come back.

    Pretty good pan-Asian fare - tried some rolls, dumplings, fried rice and orange chicken. Great drinks. Service was OK. Prices, however, were VERY expensive for the quality of food. We go out a lot and I'd expect higher quality for 2 bills.

    I celebrated my birthday here with 5 other people. We were able to book a reservation not knowing the rodeo was in town. We arrived and our table was ready on time and Steven immediately greeted us at the table to offer water. We ordered a round of drinks and he did warn us that it was taking a little longer than usual due to the restaurant being very busy. We appreciated the heads up. The food did come out very quickly and was delicious! Steven brought me a complimentary desert that said happy birthday and was delicious as well! Overall it was a great experience. He even comped our last round of drink because they took a long time to come out. The service was so great even through a couple hiccups and the food was so so so good. Will definitely go back again

    For what you are paying, the sushi was unfortunately not up to expectations - not much flavor or substance to the speciality rolls we tried. The selection is very, very limited as well. Our waitress forgot our table throughout the night - thank goodness to the waitress in the next section and the bus staff who helped bring us what we needed and refilled waters.

    An amazing experience. Great food, great service, and the ambiance was incredible. Comprable to 5 star restaurants in Napa Valley and San Francisco.

    First time visiting last night. Overall good experience , we did have a little wait for a server due to some miscommunication at the restaurant. once we got one he was awesome! Food was good and well portioned , beautiful space . Will visit again ☺️
