Our food was delicious and the waiter couldn’t have been more helpful. Outstanding service and a great place to eat. The mix of small dishes was great for a group of 4 of us, really interesting mix of Italian food.

The atmosphere, service and food were all great, but it was unpleasant that the restaurant had already set the tip percentage on the bill.

We've booked last minute and even if we were the only and of course last table, the chefs made us feel super welcome and didn't pressure us at all, but the opposite! The food was amazing and great service! We loved each dish! We'll definitely come back (maybe earlier 😅) and would highly recommend.

This was a nice place to meet a friend for a quick drink and bite after work. The arancini was good and so was the bread. The two members of staff who waited on our table were lovely. They were attentive and polite. Value for money is good here for the service and food and drink. I am rating this venue low for ambiance though. This was disappointing. This was because I think customer awareness is lacking in the two members of staff, the young men, behind the coffee machine and bar area. I ordered a cappuccino with syrup - and a young man in a blue shirt, made a joke about “oooh a diabetes coffee”. Maybe this joke was not about my coffee (despite the order and making of my coffee happening at the same time) but customers can hear this. It is unprofessional and judgemental thing to say about any paying customer’s drink order. I wonder if you would say something about being an alcoholic… abouy anyone ordering a wine or beer? Due to the nature of this restaurant’s set up, you can see and hear staff behind the bread counter and coffee bar. Two men were blowing their nose and laughing. They did not wash their hands after. I would recommend customer awareness training or customer service skills for the staff who aren’t serving people - so the restaurant has a consistent and cohesive ambiance. Even staff are not customer facing they should still be mindful of representing the restaurant and keep jokes and unprofessional comments to non customer areas.

Fantastic food as always. The portion size of of their lovely burrata was very small on this occasion, but overall one of my favourite spots for a cocktail & beautiful Italian small plates.

The service felt very disordered. At one point, they tried to bring me a dish I’d already been served, and if I hadn’t said anything, I would have ended up with a duplicate meal. The wait for dessert was excessively long, and they never even offered me a dessert menu—almost as if they’d forgotten I was there. Although the staff were all very pleasant, the overall organisation really needs improvement.

I recently had lunch at this restaurant, booking a table for 1 PM. When we arrived, the restaurant was quite empty, which made for a peaceful and relaxed dining experience. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, regularly checking on us without being intrusive. The food was good overall, with generous portion sizes for the mains, though we found the appetisers a bit small. The quality was there, but nothing particularly outstanding or impressive. Still, it was a satisfying meal. The environment was pleasant, allowing for easy conversation with friends. I especially liked the open kitchen, which added a nice touch to the ambiance. While the prices weren’t exactly cheap, they were reasonable for the location. Speaking of location, it’s right next to the exit of King’s Cross station, making it incredibly easy to find. It’s a great spot for meeting busy people who are coming through the area. Overall, while not exceptional, it was a good experience with excellent service and a convenient setting.
