Wolfgang Puck’s legendary flagship fine dining restaurant Spago is recognized for igniting Las Vegas’s dining scene into a culinary epicenter. Puck’s revolutionary Las Vegas Strip restaurant debuts with an entirely new look and menu and the exceptional level of service for which the restaurant is best known.                 The food and atmosphere was good but the service marred our experience. 1. The cheesecake was excellent, incredibly creamy and smooth and generously portioned. The spiked lemon was also delicious. 2. The patio was great as advertised, fantastic for seeing the fountains at night. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and managed to get a spot. (Low season) 3. Service - When we paid, the server informed us that it was improper to sit on the patio and not order dinner. We arrived at 9pm, stayed for exactly an hour, ordered 2 desserts and 2 glasses of wine. While it’s within their right to set this policy, I did not see the point of communicating it at I the end of the meal. Frankly, the server seemed unhappy at the point we made our order and we did not feel very welcome.

                Everything was fine here. My Manhattan was exceptional. We had the endive salad and two pastas, both were very good. The wine list is on an iPad which was fine but clunky and did not seem sophisticated.

                Delightful Sunday Brunch. Great menu selections. Very attentive servers. We were seated by the outdoor patio and the view was spectacular specially when the dancing fountains went on.

                I made a reservation several days in advance specifically for brunch on the balcony, as we had a guest who could not tolerate loud music or noisy environments. We arrived promptly when the restaurant opened, only to be told that we could not be seated on the balcony because it was "first come, first served." How much more "first come" could we have been than arriving right at opening with a prior reservation? To make matters worse, there were open tables on the balcony, but we were informed they were "reserved." Despite our explanation, the staff refused to accommodate us. Instead, we were seated in a cramped room with extremely loud music and every seat occupied—completely contrary to our request. As for the food, it was inconsistent. The French toast was hit or miss—two pieces were fantastic, while the other two were dry and unappetizing. The omelette was unremarkable, and the poached eggs were acceptable but nothing special. Our guest was visibly stressed throughout the meal, making the experience unpleasant for all of us. This was deeply disappointing, especially from a restaurant that is part of a large corporation. It felt like customer care was an afterthought, as they likely rely on having an abundance of patrons regardless of service quality.

                While our server was super nice they were visibly under staffed for this caliber of restaurant. Which honestly was our opinion at all the upscale eateries in Vegas. The food was not very creative, although we loved the Bosc pear and prosciutto salad as well as the halibut and risotto. Those three dishes stood out. The bread on our platter was burned and the chicken dish was not well seasoned. The interior felt dated and needs a bit of a refresh, our table had a large crack in it. With so many dining options in the area, I would not visit again but with a few tweaks to service and quality this spot would earn a fifth star from me.

                Very, very loud. 2 tables of unnecessarily loud people for the whole meal. Had been to Almalfi the night before. This didn’t come close.

                The service was slow, the ambience was loud, the food portion was way too small for the price they charged. Even Soufflé was under cooked. This is the worst wolfgang puck restaurant I have ever been to. It feels like a tourist trap then a fine dining restaurant.
