Wolfgang Puck’s legendary flagship fine dining restaurant Spago is recognized for igniting Las Vegas’s dining scene into a culinary epicenter. Puck’s revolutionary Las Vegas Strip restaurant debuts with an entirely new look and menu and the exceptional level of service for which the restaurant is best known. The restaurant is beautifully situated for al fresco dining in front of the Bellagio Fountains. Spago’s re-imagined menu features Puck’s signature California fare paired with modern technique and inspiration from his chef’s weekly trips to the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market. At lunch and dinner, the market-driven menus feature handmade pastas, wood-oven pizzas, fresh seafood, all-natural meats and prime steaks, alongside handcrafted cocktails and a robust wine list.                 The food was served too late and the meat was medium rare even though I told them the meat was cooked medium rare.

                Food was amazing! We had the rib eye and an amazing pear and Gorgonzola salad with a wonderful dressing. The steak was very flavorful with a perfect sear and was a generous portion. Service was excellent and the view was nice with the Bellagio fountain in the background. We will be back when it’s warm enough to try the patio seating!

                We got to sit outside and the experience was fabulous with the fountains. Waiter was very personable and efficient. Food was excellent. We will be back!!

                The food and service at brunch was terrific. If we had known there was a DJ in the bar area, we never would have gone. There is no barrier between the bar and regular seating which makes it impossible to have a conversation with your dining partner. The music is much too loud for the space. This unfortunately will keep us from going back. This was my friends first time at Spago and was treating me for my birthday. She was very disappointed.
