Chef Howard has been nominated as a semifinalist for the 2024 James Beard Foundation Best Chef: Southwest Award, further highlighting our commitment to exceptional culinary artistry.

OpenTable美食編輯： After years of fine dining on the Strip, James Beard semifinalist Brian Howard took the party to Chinatown, and opened his own restaurant Sparrow + Wolf in 2017. A globally inspired menu of wood-fired cooking includes dishes like fresh-baked sourdough, hand-rolled pasta, and innovate plates of seafood. With a dramatic black-and-gold space, a monster mural of a wolf, and late night entertainers, it’s just the right amount of Vegas.

    My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Sparrow + Wolf and we're glad that we did. The experience was amazing from the food to the amazing service provided by everyone. Everyone was so attentive and pleasant.

    I really like the wine pairing with the chefs tasting menu. It was better than a recent tasting I had at a 2 Michelin star restaurant. I will certainly red this restaurant to my friends.

    Our dinner was superb. We ordered five appetizers and three entree for three adults and two teenage girls. Each item had a distinct sauce and flavor. They were all delicious.

    Fantastic service, went for my friends 21st birthday and they were so generous!!! The food was outstanding and unique and the ambience was exactly what we were looking for!!!

    Sparrow and Wolf is hands-down my favorite restaurant in the world, and celebrating our one-year anniversary there was nothing short of magical. Every dish was flawlessly prepared, bursting with flavor and creativity, and the staff’s mezcal and wine recommendations added the perfect touch. The service was warm, attentive, and made the entire night feel extra special. I can’t wait to go back—it’s truly an unforgettable dining experience.

    Truly an exceptional experience outside the strip. Not a branded cash grab. Chefs really care about what they are feeding you. Tasting menu was worth the wait, an exceptional mix of many cultures, blended seamlessly but with care for the original intention.
