Crafted by Fettle, Caramella is both a restaurant and a lounge, taking inspiration from 1970s Italy.               We checked out this new spot before our dinner reservations and we will definitely be back! There is a special drink menu that’s only available at the speakeasy and the vibe is VERY cool. It’s a small spot with a disco ball DJ booth but since we were the first people there that night, it was quieter than it might normally be. Bartender Eduardo was the best - so friendly and made great recommendations. On our way out we checked out the restaurant and patio overlooking the strip and we’ll for sure be eating there at some point. Love that this spot is helping PH get some groove back upstairs. (Open Table wouldn’t let me skip rating the food even though we didn’t eat any so I gave it 5 stars.)
