Spēs | Vino naturale e cucina POP is a small natural wine bar & Italian restaurant serving more than 100 natural wines, all by the glass in the East Village neighborhood. The ambience is very cozy and intimate, low warm lights, candles, natural wines in every place you look with a beautiful antique/rustic Italian vibe.
We focus in farmers who respect the biodiversity and respect the LAND. We work with small production of wines, therefore every time you come you will find something new, beautiful and interesting! We have an UNIQUE and FUN way to choose the wine. You'll have to COME and try it for yourself! #choosthemoodwebringthewine
Our cuisine is genuine Italian, from small bites to a full dinner - don't forget to try our delicious desserts! All based in local products and the freshest ingredients!
We have as well a small cocktail list ALL vermouth based! You will me amaze how good they taste!

One of my favorite spots!! The food is amazing & the ambiance is lovely. Our server Diego was so attentive & kind. This is a date night staple. Will be back ❤️

i know this makes me sound no fun - but im sober RN, and i dont eat cheese or gluten. i ordered a zero proof drink, and they brought me an alc one instead - i realized after a sip so not the biggest drama - but also not fun. then i ordered my pasta sans cheese on top -but it arrived with. given service was really slow and it'd taken awhileeeeee to get our food, i elected to just scrape cheese vs send it back - but again - not ideal. in general service felt slow - after i was finished, my main sat for 20 mins before they took it at my request. the music was really loud for such a small space, and the music had lyrics - which at times pulls attention from a conversation cause the brain doesnt know what to latch onto. the room was also really warm - which on a 90 degree day, can be a lot. that the bill was over $200 didnt feel great.

Hung out at this restaurant last night. It seemed like a cool place to catch up with friends. The ambience was good and the menu options were aplenty. The food was delicious and the staff members were helpful.

Went here for a last minute dinner with my parents, they were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Menu has a bunch of vegetarian and gluten free options. Def will be back to try more wine.
