The new French restaurant SPHERE brings a new breath of gastronomy to the business district of rue de la Boétie Paris 8th with Japanese chef Tetsuya YOSHIDA. A spacious, chic and designer setting for a gastronomic moment with a carte blanche menu composed by the chef. An atmosphere full of Parisian elegance, for this new and beautiful table in Paris 8th. At lunch, take advantage of the 39€ formula to discover the chef's talents. In the evening, carte blanche menus in 4 or 6 courses or the prestige menu which will transport you on a high-level culinary journey.

    We opted for an 8 course carte blanche menu with accompanying wine, which were all exquisitely plated and expertly poured. Our server, Luca, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a truly outstanding and memorable gastronomical experience.

    Nous avons dégusté un repas exceptionnel dans un cadre agréable, accompagné de vins exquis et d'un service excellent (Alexis). De première classe !!!

    Everything here is excellent. However, we showed up and they said our reservation had been cancelled. We had no email or text and open table still showed us having a reservation. They did find us a table after a few minutes but very unprofessional to cancel a reservation and no one at the restaurant could explain what happened.

    They’re always very nice and the food is great. I would say it’s moderately priced. Well worth the cost!!
