We recommend making a reservation however, we have some counter seats available on a first come first serve basis for walk-ins. There could be a waitlist so come early!

Cascina Spinasse is offering in-house dining seven days a week.
Sunday-Thursday 5pm - 10pm. Friday & Saturday 5pm - 11pm.

    We are thrilled to be hosting Luca Pasquero Elia of Paitin wines at Spinasse! We will be hosting a 3 course meal shred family style along with 4 of Paitin's gorgeous wines. Paitin and the Elia family have been growing grapes in the Piedmont region since 1796, and Luca represents the 5th generation of this wine-producing family. We will be pouring: Roero Arneis Barbera d'Alba Barbaresco 'Seraboella' Barbaresco ' Basarin' Chef Stuart has prepare the following menu: Prosciutto di Parma Pio Tosini 20 month-aged prosciutto with apples, toasted mustard seeds and black currant vinegar. Cavatelli Cavatelli with broccoli and brown beech mushrooms Capunet Capunet with caramel honey sauce Since this is a prix-fixe meal, dietary restrictions and allergies are sometimes challenging- if you have questions or concerns please email info@spinasse.com

    Our server Louise was wonderful and knowledgeable about the menu. We wanted to order everything on the menu. He helped us to manage and enjoy our food experience. The shareable antipasti was the perfect choice. All the pastas were delicious. It was definitely a taste of Italy. We will have to try the risotto next time. The pork tenderloin and the house special trout was delectable and cooked perfectly. We did save room for dessert. The limone cake and the chocolate torte were very tasty. My husband was very happy that he picked the restaurant for his birthday dinner. We enjoyed every moment. We will definitely return to try the rest of the menu :)

    Wonderful meal at Spinasse! Celebrating my friends birthday, we both opted for a full serving of their signature tajarin con burro e salvia and shared a pair of vegetable sides, roasted carrots and sautéed kale. The vegetables were both fantastic with the delightful, rich pasta. Tried one of the mocktails and it was delicious. So appreciate more restaurants offering fun, non alcoholic options. Caramel budino and espresso were just the right amount of sweetness to finish the meal. Reservations were tough to get, but worth the challenge. Friendly service and did not feel rushed. Didn’t luck out with street parking this time, but found a cheap lot a couple of blocks away. Already looking forward to another visit.

    Spinasse exceeded all expectations! The Tajarin con Burro e Salvia (butter and sage pasta) was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly delicate and rich in flavor. They even surprised us with a candle-lit Torta al Cioccolato dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch! I also love that they offer half-plate portions, making it easy to sample more dishes. The wine selection was excellent, and the overall experience was unforgettable. Can’t wait to visit again!

    Best Italian meal ever! From start to finish everything was delicious. The flavors were incredible in every dish from salad to appetizer to pasta dishes to entrees and dessert. Service was as good as the food. The restaurant was filled with the scrumptious aromas of the kitchen. It was stellar.

    I feel this is a very special place and possibly the best dinner we've had anywhere. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, & amazing. The dishes are unbelievably well crafted, amazing flavors, great presentation, to die for, I'm not just talking Seattle. Spinasse is a top 3 for me, if not number one in my book. Going back for my bday 🙂

    The service and food were impeccable. While the delicious Primi (pasta) offerings are a signature, the Secondi truly shone. My favorite was the tender duck. For three of us, we share three Primi, two Secondi along with scrumptious roasted carrots. Our server was very helpful in navigating an excellent wine list.
