Splendido at the Chateau offers wonderful Rocky Mountain dining featuring hearty yet refined American-European cuisine. In summer, enjoy a cocktail or dine outdoors on our flower filled deck and enjoy great views of Beaver Creek Mountain. As the sun sets and the mountain chill sets in, retreat indoors and get cozy next to our lovely, double-sided, wood burning fireplace.
Splendido can comfortably accommodate a range of events including wedding receptions, family celebrations, cocktail parties, as well as business and corporate dinners with private facilities for catered meetings and seminars.

                                          Splendido was quite an experience. The service and food were both pretty special. I had the spaghetti squash and it was unlike anything I've ever eaten before...savory, delicious, and completely unique. Everything was wonderful, from start to finish. It was expensive, but worth it for a once-every-now-and-then experience.

                                          My general feeling is that it is a place that wants to offer you things that the world considers very exclusive and expensive in order to try to charge unreasonable prices without the food actually being of quality.

                                          Splendido continues to maintain its excellence, annually. Foremost, the food is ALWAYS tasty & well-prepared. Husband had agnolotti appy & Chilean sea bass entree. Bro had foie gras & sea bass. I had Nancy's scallop crudo which perfectly counterpointed my lamb rack. Highlights, agnolotti ragout, crudo freshness & crunch from the quinoa, sea bass potato broth, lamb everything, & MOCKtail menu. Another standout is that Splendido DOES NOT CHARGE for bread service. Thanks for staying classier than your peers who do charge. Service remains excellent, attentive but not invasive. Those who refilled the glasses, made sure the plates were taken away, observed our bread plate that was close to empty did so unobtrusively. Our server came to check on our satisfaction periodically such that we didn't have to look for him. Others filled in, like the sommelier, when the server wasn't available to give us the dessert menu in a timely fashion. If I had to liken Splendido to another excellent restaurant, it might be the Gramercy Tavern. Splendido's food & service is on par with Le Bernardin but with slightly less pretention, which is what I appreciate about GT.

                                          En 10 años de visitar beaver creek nunca habíamos visitado este restaurant Nos parece el mejor de la zona por mucho , comida espectacular de un chef profesional de altísimo nivel . Gastó aproximado con signature cocktails , entradas , plato principal y postre 200 usd por persona . Lo pagado vale lo servido !!!
