St. Eve's is one of New Jersey's best BYO restaurants with a dining experience that is both refined and relaxed with quality, care and service that will have you coming back again and again. Chef/Owner Steve Christianson, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, in Hyde Park, NY, is lauded for his kitchen artistry, his passion for perfection and his commitment to serving only the freshest organic, and when possible, locally sourced ingredients. The menu evolves with the season and so each dining experience can be a new culinary adventure! Wait staff is very attentive and friendly. Our salmon, chicken and short ribs orders were served piping hot and were delicious. We'll be back soon!

The staff was welcoming, attentive, and polite. The food was delicious, and artfully arranged and seasoned. It’s a welcoming, quaint atmosphere to get away for an exceptional meal. We’re returning guests and have never been disappointed.

Another fantastic dinner at St Eve’s. I cannot be more appreciative of the entire staff Anika, Christine, David and Walter were so gracious and kind as always. And of course Steve presented the most delicious food!!!! Thanks so much. Everyone at St Eve’s are just amazing!!! Can’t wait to get back!!!

We were thrilled to sit outside in the lovely fall weather and enjoy Chef Steve’s delicious selections from his kitchen. From the tuna carpaccio, salads and duck spring rolls to the swordfish, lobster ravioli, and tasty other mains, the evening was a lovely culinary experience with family and friends. Everyone at St. Eve’s is super kind- thank you!
