Head Chef Sean Blood will take to the kitchen upstairs at St John’s Tavern to cook a menu that draws on his own nostalgia and memories of travelling across North America and Mexico during his childhood. A snapshot of some of the dishes from the 8-course menu Clams, coriander, chilli Stuffed chicken wing, crab, roasted prawn oil Pork cheek, almond mole, mojo verde Beef short rib, ancho, onions The supper club will have staggered sittings, one at 7 pm and another at 8 pm. Each ticket is priced at £65 and includes a welcome cocktail upon arrival, with the option to add the wine pairing for £30.BYO with Theatre Of Wine
