Star Noodle, located on the ocean in Lahaina, Hawaii, serves a variety of Asian specialty dishes using unique and familiar ingredients and our handmade noodles. The restaurant offers takeout services and catering for offsite events if needed.

Choose from noodle dishes like the udon, the kim chee ramen or pad Thai. If you�re not in the mood for noodles, try the steamed pork buns or the Vietnamese crepes. To top off your experience, try one of the restaurant�s desserts like the mango pudding.

Staff was fantastic. Robin explained the menu and offered suggestions. Food was excellent and came out hot. Recommend Miso Butterfish as a shareable

It was so great being back with Star Noodle! I've been visiting them from the days up in the industrial area, to the Aloha Plate location, next door, to this location now (former Freidas spot)! The food was excellent, as always! The service is always consistently good! I love the new location! It has been transformed from the cute Mexican restaurant, to the classic Star Noodle ambiance! Always love dinning on the water during sunset, paired with Star Noodles experience made it for a perfect evening! I can't wait to go again! And again! Aloha!

It is amazing that the restaurant is better than before the Lahaina fires! Ambiance is island friendly with a terrific decor. The wait staff was exceptional and Star Noodle is the best meal on the island!

Superb start to finish. So happy you’re open again and the new restaurant (next door to the old one) is just beautiful. The food was amazing as was the service! Mahalo!

You can’t go wrong with anything here. Must haves pork buns, miso butterfish, garlic noodles, hoisin short ribs and malasadas. Best view of sunset and close to wave action. Just love Star Noodle!!

Andy our server was excellent! So nice and gave great recommendations. Food was speedy, and flavors were varied and so good! Liked it so much we tried to reserve again for next week but they were all booked up. Reserve early!

Beautiful location and the restaurant is lovely itself. Unique and tasty cocktails. Fam loved the ahi bowl and ribs apps. Delicious and unique pad Thai. Would have appreciated more input and guidance from our server but we managed okay. Visit, it’s really a lovely evening.

Ocean view, simple and affordable choices. Share plates are enough to share and many great choices. Ramen and noddle choices are outstanding. Service is let me say few of them walk slowly best to say brisk. After ordering it does not take long for a runner to bring it to the table. Make reservations as walk ups can take some time.
