Visit the Starbucks Reserve® Empire State Building® store for a journey of the senses, an experience like no other - an immersive discovery of craft coffee, food and cocktails and more.

The Concourse level, home to our Tasting Room & Experiences, features exclusive coffee experiences that can't be found anywhere else only found at Starbucks Reserve®, including guided tasting experiences at our, hands-on Workshop classes, and signature flights and small bites.

I felt like it was a tourist trap. You paid $45 to sample two coffees. The facilitator was personable but the value wasn’t there.

Went to the pumpkin tasting experience. Our barrista, Jeremy, did a great job talking about each of the products on this very special menu. The whiskey pumpkin drink (it is non-alcoholic) was my absolute favorite - I have never tasted anything like this! It should be added to the general Starbucks menu!

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Learning about the reserve and the different offerings was so much fun. The specialty drinks and dessert were delicious and the intimate setting was very relaxing.

The instructor was lovely but the experience was not worth the price i paid. The music was so loud you could barely hear the instructor. We made a martini flight and the flavors were awful. We should have had a seasonal pumpkin or got to pick our flavors. The experience barely took us an hour and we thought it would be close to two hours.

I didn’t know what to expect from this experience, but the intimate vibe paired with delicious coffee was perfect! Highly recommend if you’re a regular Starbucks visitor and looking for something different to experience!

Had an amazing experience during their espresso martini tasting. Morgan and Bobby were wonderful hosts. I would recommend this to anyone who loves espresso martinis.

Very intimate and private experience which made it even better (at first we thought it was going to be with other groups but it wasn’t), our host Jordan was amazing, super friendly and funny! He made us feel comfortable during the tasting and taught us so many new things about coffee. 10/10 would go again!

The barista who gave the PSL class was very nice and informative. I was upset that a class that lasted 40 mins and only served 2 drinks and an affogato would cost $75 after tax and tip. I don't think it was worth the price but the space and barista were the best part.
