Stark's Steakhouse in Santa Rosa, California, is an upscale eatery that takes a modern approach to sustainable seafood and steak. The in-house dry aged meat is served a la carte and guests can also enjoy an extensive menu of international and local wine, creative cocktails and more than 60 whiskeys.

Try the Stark's Steakhouse special roasted bone marrow starter served with truffle honey and sea salt before enjoying a steak with toppers like truffle fried egg, mushroom and onions or blue cheese butter. Vegetarians have options on the menu as well and guests shouldn't leave Stark's Steakhouse without a look at the extensive dessert menu.

Stark’s is a great steakhouse experience with great steaks and classic accompaniments. Brice and the rest of the waitstaff were very pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was busy and folks seemed to be having a great dining experience….although I did think the music was a bit loud in the dining room.

An awesome birthday and too long since last here, but Quality had not changed in any area. Steaks were perfect, tender and melt in your mouth. Paired wonderfully with cauliflower au gratin.

Oysters very good. Would do away with elevated oyster stand. Made access to oysters clumsy. Bread rolls gummy. Croutons on Caesar Salad were ill-conceived, gummy, soggy, and way oversized. Filet cooked perfectly and flavorful. Service excellent.

We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation. The young man behind the hosts desk replied, “we will seat you at 8pm you can wait over there” The tone he used was as if he was inconvenienced. At 8 pm I received a text saying our table was ready. As we were being lead to our table I noticed quite a few open tables. The rest of our experience was wonderful; gorgeous food and good service. The thing is that if I am going to spend several hundred dollars on dinner out I want to feel warmly welcomed. There are so many fabulous restaurants in Sonoma County. I won’t be rushing back to this one.
