Stark's Steakhouse in Santa Rosa, California, is an upscale eatery that takes a modern approach to sustainable seafood and steak. The in-house dry aged meat is served a la carte and guests can also enjoy an extensive menu of international and local wine, creative cocktails and more than 60 whiskeys.

Try the Stark's Steakhouse special roasted bone marrow starter served with truffle honey and sea salt before enjoying a steak with toppers like truffle fried egg, mushroom and onions or blue cheese butter. Vegetarians have options on the menu as well and guests shouldn't leave Stark's Steakhouse without a look at the extensive dessert menu.

Was a poor experience. Waited 55 minutes for lunch entrees. Wouks not nook Friday lunch again. Seemed like everyone was waiting for happy hour

Our waiter was very nice and gracious considering the many tables and guests he was responsible for. The food was very tasty-salad cool and crisp. My prime rib was just as requested-medium. My husband’s steak however was too rare as he wanted medium-it was unfortunately under cooked. But we’ll give Stark’s another visit as the ambiance is stellar!!!!

First time there. Enjoyed the feel of the building from the outside. Our table was ready and Lisa, our waitress was very good. It was Super Bowl Sunday so not very crowded. We enjoyed the steaks, oysters, Hawaiian bacon and vegetables. Drinks were fairly priced and I thought the Martinelli Zin a real winner. Only negative thing I can offer is $10 for a baked potato seems way too high as it was normal size and not one of those giant ones. We will come back.

Another special occasion celebrated at Starks this time by 60th birthday and my settlement on my new house. And what a way to celebrate with a long bone ribeye perfect for three people and done to perfection.

Food was excellent, but the service this time was not. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to get bread and water. Our waiter would also get lost and we wouldn't see him for what felt like 30 minutes.
