OpenTable美食編輯： 在米其林星級餐廳用餐，總會讓人覺得要正襟危坐、服儀得體。但在State Bird Provisions用餐，卻是十分輕鬆自在。在這裡用餐，最困難（卻也是最讓人讚賞）的地方就是在點心餐車經過時很難坐懷不亂，堅持只吃自己點的餐點。餐車上會擺放著一盤又一盤酸菜起司煎餅和其他有著亞洲風味的新美式菜餚。由於榮獲詹姆斯•比爾德基金會大獎的主廚tuart Brioza和Nicole Krasinski會不時變化菜單，所以你每次用餐都會有與上次不同的新鮮感。

    One of the most unique dining experiences! The food is incredibly inventive and full of flavor. Service is top-notch. Wine list is expansive. We celebrated our anniversary and sat at the counter. Someone would check on us every few minutes or come by with more food options. Highly recommend getting on the waitlist. It's a winner!

    Such a fun, cool experience! Give's me hope that the restaurant and nightlife scene in SF is still alive and thriving! We did a 1930 reservation and walked out @ 2200 and the place was still pumping... Party next to us was seated @ 2130. Food and service were top notch! Order light on the staple menu so you can order every option on the dim sum rounds! Thanks Statebird and Team! Fanny and Burak* (spelling) took fabulous care of us and catered to our every need.

    The service was top notched. The food was amazing as usual. The spices they used on each individual dish were impressive. I have no idea I can taste all these wonderful flavors in one dish. We will definitely be back soon.

    All the food is excellent. They have a unique service style. Where are you order from the menu but there are also plates that are brought around by weight staff and shown to you in the dim sum kind of format that you can add on. It is fun, whimsical and very tempting. Wine by the Glass program was extensive and eclectic. And the food was expertly prepared. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

    I've been coming to this restaurant since they opened 15 years ago. They still have their greatest hits, but some new items don't have the same wow factor I come to expect with State Bird. I didn't expect every dish to hit it out of the park. Their signature dish was a tad on the blend side on this particular visit.

    State Bird Provisions exceeded all expectations. The restaurant was moderately noisy, however, it wasn’t so loud that I couldn’t hear myself think. Lots of people were enjoying the excellent food and service provided by the attentive staff, and my wife and I were two of the lucky people dining here. It was our 8-year wedding anniversary, which made the evening extra special. I highly recommend dining here, as it will most definitely be a memorable experience. Lots of variety and both a dim sum offering and traditional menu of food offerings. This place is popular, so make a reservation in advance.

    Wonderful service and creative and delicious dim sum styled offerings. Our only complaint relates to the portion sizes, especially the vegetable dishes. The brussel sprout plate had approximately six brussel sprouts and another dish had five tiny bites. Surprisingly, the meat dishes were more generous, though obviously more expensive. A bit more generosity in the vegetable department would be appreciated.
