OpenTable美食編輯： 在米其林星級餐廳用餐，總會讓人覺得要正襟危坐、服儀得體。但在State Bird Provisions用餐，卻是十分輕鬆自在。在這裡用餐，最困難（卻也是最讓人讚賞）的地方就是在點心餐車經過時很難坐懷不亂，堅持只吃自己點的餐點。餐車上會擺放著一盤又一盤酸菜起司煎餅和其他有著亞洲風味的新美式菜餚。由於榮獲詹姆斯•比爾德基金會大獎的主廚tuart Brioza和Nicole Krasinski會不時變化菜單，所以你每次用餐都會有與上次不同的新鮮感。

    I’ve been here in the past and it’s been delicious. But the past few times I visited I could barely hear the person across from me. It’s so loud there. Also, they don’t have a lot of vegan options or options for people with food allergies which makes it frustrating because you see all this good food, but you can’t have any of it. The food that I did have was mediocre. It’s been better in the past. But maybe that’s because I couldn’t have any of the good stuff.  I love the concept of little plates to try, but because of food restrictions, I couldn’t try any of the little items, so I had to get one big dish which I didn’t really want that much.  It is unlikely I will be going back.

    The food and wine was tasty but we do wish the service was slowed down a little so we could’ve enjoyed it more.

    A unique experience. If you are not a huge eater, I would stick to the “dim sum” plates. A great place to go if you want a variety of food and like to share plates. Fun atmosphere

    The food is delicious, the service was super attentive and the price is unbelievably reasonable for such a high end restaurant. Hope to be back soon!
