In my opinion, their customer service was very poor. I walked in. I was not greeted. I was standing at the door for at least 3 to 4 minutes before I was even acknowledged once I was seated at my table. I was told that my waiter will be with me in a moment when the waiter came over he did not have any energy. He actually seemed like he didn’t wanna be there also when I made my reservations, I put in my notes that I wanted a little note written to my husband to let him know how much I love and appreciate them. I don’t think they realize that I asked for that to be done until I asked for my check and was ready to go Then they came out with a sign just telling my husband that I love him. I feel like that was the best part of their customer service because our waiter did not come back to our table not one time to make sure we were OK or if we needed anything else I really didn’t want to leave a tip, but my husband gave him one anyway I feel like if the service was a lot better, he would have definitely received a larger tip because I’m one of those customers that has no problem tipping my waiters. The food was OK. I had better Jamaican food for sure so their food was just decent to me. I only went because I seen a full critic. Praising them so much but I do not agree with the things he was saying about their food. Don’t get me wrong. It was decent like I said, but it’s not somewhere that I will run back to. My husband and I love to go out to eat so when we see full critics giving very high praises to different restaurants, we have no problem booking reservations, no matter how far the restaurant may be from us. We take the time out to check it out for ourselves that gives us our quality time together and to try new things and meet new people, but they definitely need to work on their customer service because we were the only two people in the entire restaurant.
