At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve. Everything was amazing- service, food, ambience. I can’t wait to come back. They even provide warm lavender cloths at the end of dinner.

Below fair dining experience. Ordered the off menu 12 ounce butcher special recommended by our server, and was beyond underwhelmed. Didn’t finish as the steak was extremely fatty and full of grease. Mind you I was charged $199 for this “off menu” recommendation! Unfortunately, won’t be dining at the location again. I’ve dined at Steak 48 at other locations (Chicago and Houston) and had much more pleasant experiences. Hopefully valuable feedback for anyone looking to dine at Steak 48 - Charlotte.

Our first visit to Steak 48. The service was excellent, attentive and very friendly. The food was wonderful with decent portions. Will definitely return.

Wonderful dinner! Sebastian was terrific! The service is always impeccable. The steak is, hands down, the best I the region!
