At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve.     I celebrated my birthday and I was treated like a Queen. The staff and waitresses were awesome! The food was amazing and I appreciated my birthday cake. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant.

    We celebrated our 1yr wedding anniversary and couldn't have chosen a better place. The atmosphere and attentiveness of the staff was exceptional. The quality, appearance, and taste of the food and drinks were impeccable. To honor our anniversary, we were gracious to receive a complimentary dessert of our choice. My wife and I highly recommend Steak 48 for an intimate outing with family and friends. One of the top restaurants in Charlotte!

    Celebrated our 13 year wedding anniversary at Steak 48! What an amazing evening! Our server Meredith was great! Everything was perfect. Drinks. Appetizers. Meal! We talked the drive home about the night! Definitely wanna go back! Thanks again!

    We celebrated my mums birthday here and were given a private booth which had a great view into the kitchen. It was quiet even though music was playing and we were able to converse nicely. The food was absolutely superb. We had Wagyu Beef Tartar, Filet Mignon and the Bone in Ribeye with Mac and Cheese, Broccoli and Brussel Sprouts. Everything was hot , done to our liking and absolutely delicious. We had the key lime pie for desert. Fantastic. Service was superb and on top. We enjoyed our servers Sean and Spiro. Would definitely come again for another big celebration.

    The service was top tier. Our waitress (I believe Yolanda) made sure that my wife and I never had to wait for anything. She was very attentive and could answer all of our questions. As far as food I would 100% recommend the rack of lamb and the grab cakes. If you’d like an excellent recommendation for a side try the praline sweet potatoes

    The entire staff went out of their way to be welcoming and friendly. Our waiter, Adam, provided exceptional service, and he made excellent recommendations. The food was great! The steaks were cooked to everyone’s liking and the whipped Praline Sweet Potatoes was delicious. I highly recommend Steak 48 for a top notch quality dining experience. I certainly will go there again.
