At Steak 48 in Philadelphia, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Philadelphia steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve. Everything was amazinggggggg! The king crab & shrimp Mac and cheese was perfection! The mash potatoes & broccoli was excellent, my entree was phenomenal I got a filet mignon butterflied and it was cooked to perfection! My only complaint was that their most popular item that I was so excited to try was overly salty, the chicken batter fried lobster was so salty I was flabbergasted it was crazy! But beside that everything was amazing service food 10/10!

Simply Amazing, we came to celebrate a huge milestone our 10 year anniversary! Service was great, every worker we passed greeted us & thanked us for dining it was such a nice touch. The food was amazing, oysters & shrimp Vince 10/10!! I don’t have a single complaint about the food everything was outstanding. We also got complimentary key lime pie & cookies for dessert to top off the night. Only one small critique is the music playlist is a little odd for the environment & ambiance, playing old pop hits instead of soft jazz or classical just an interesting choice. Everything else was amazing from start to finish!

The server and the table staff were amazing! The check in process was very cumbersome, the ladies checking us in were talking about another guest in front of us it was very uncomfortable and started the 60th birthday off with a little awkwardness!

The experience was amazing. Germanni our server was on point. The food was excellent.. The ambiance was nice. Everybody collectively made it a great experience. It was my first time but it won't be my last for sure.

Awesome food. Tremendous service. Appetizers were excellent. We ordered 5 apps which were all delicious (pork belly & sweet potatoes we’re definitely my favorites). Steaks were cooked perfectly. The wait staff was attentive, had great recommendations on both food & drinks. Very comfortable seating. All-in-all, a top notch dining experience at, by far, the best steakhouse in Philadelphia.

Food was delicious. Sides were perfect as were the drinks and desserts. Service was a bit too quick as far as food delivery. Server was nice talked too quickly. Needs to slow down

Wonderful dining experience. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and had a perfect meal. The staff recognized our anniversary which was very kind. Shrimp Vince was great. Petite fillets were cooked to perfection. Also recommend the corn Brûlée, neat approach very tasty. Truffle fries were a great addition. Would strongly recommend Steak 48 and we’ll absolutely return.
