We had a really poor experience. I was taking my GF out for her bday and she had never been to Stella’s before.
We arrived right on time for our 5:45 reservation. No one was in the restaurant except one other table. I asked if we could be seated in one of the open booths and was told those were reserved for someone else. I didn’t see anywhere on Open Table where we could reserve a booth so I guess some guests are more important than others??
We ordered 4 small plates. One of the plates: Brussels sprouts were way undercooked to where I couldn’t even saw my way through them with my knife. Waitress took the full bowl away without asking for feedback on them or suggesting to remake them.
At the end of our dinner, after we had already paid the check and only had a couple sips left in our wine glasses, the Manager, Tyler (or Taylor??) came by at 7:14 to advise us that he had other reservations for the table. We hadn’t even been there for 1.5 hours yet and obviously we were leaving. Additionally, there were 3 other 4 tops open in the restaurant
As we were waking out, I kindly asked manager if I could talk to him outside to express our dissatisfaction. He said Yes, can you give me a minute? We waited outside for 5-7 minutes while watching the manager walk past us numerous times. I finally went back into the restaurant and asked manager for his name. He said, did you want to talk to me??
We shared with him our poor experience and he never apologized but instead said he needed to adhere to a strict schedule to allow his other customers their reservations. We hadn’t over overstayed our reservation and there were other open tables in the restaurant. I have worked in restaurants my whole life and never been treated so unprofessionally and rudely.
My family and I used to frequent this establishment but will never return. .

Typically we give special occasions the booths for example anniversary's and birthdays other than that it is first come first served. The night of your visit we had a mix of birthdays and anniversary's so the booths were reserved for said occasions. Unfortunately for your reservation there was nothing noted of a birthday so we were unaware of situation. We apologize about the Brussels and that should have been addressed. I believe the manager Tyler did stop by your table multiple times to check in and there were no issues. We apologize about the limited amount of space in Stella and I assume that if there were that many open tables the situation of advising you that the next party for that table was here would have never happened.
