                                                                                        The food was absolutely stellar! As this was their first prix fixe menu offering on New Year’s Eve, perhaps the staff was a bit flummoxed. But they were polite, and it was an incredible experience overall.

We had a prefixed 4 course meal for NYE and everything had such great flavor! Such a great new rooftop/restaurant/hotel to have in Denver!

                                                                                        Overall very nice but menu was very limited and highly overpriced. We shared everything which was a good idea but be forewarned that everything is a la carte.

                                                                                        Excellent experience. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. The menu is a bit limited but we easily found dishes that we loved. Highly recommend the pork collar dish as well as the mushroom tempura appetizer.

                                                                                        Amazing dinner at this gorgeous restaurant! Views are to die for especially with the holiday lights. Quail, trout and bison skewers were all wonderful. Service very attentive. Can’t wait to come back.

We had bad service which was unfortunate because the rest of the experience was really nice. I think our experience was personal to our server and not indicative of the rest of the staff.

                                                                                        I booked for some friends of mine I knew would be as excited about the ambiance & architecture as I was & Stellar Jay did not disappoint. The view was phenomenal for city atmosphere & I can’t wait to return in the spring for warm weather patio vibes. I wished they had an outdoor fire pit, that’s something I would have loved as an addition. The menu was unique & the food delicious. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly & offered great recommendations. I loved watching the chiefs prepare the food openly & the roasted fire aroma was intoxicating. Really enjoyed this visit!

The food is good (though a bit pricey), but the real stars are the ambiance and service. From welcoming hosts to an incredible waitress, the staff elevates the experience. A perfect spot for a special night out, with room to refine the menu to match its stellar setting!!
