Overall a nice meal, I thought the quality of the food was excellent and the drink selection was also very good. The only downside to our evening was the staff. I had a couple of questions at different points throughout the night about the menu and also the condiments being serviced with my food, when I asked these questions on both occasions the response from my server was ‘I don’t know it’s my first day’ which I understand it’s opening night but have you had no training? It was said in quite a rude manner too which just wasn’t necessary, to add insult to injury there was a £30 service charge added on (which I did pay) but I do think the staff need better training.

Exceptional food and attentive table staff. Only comment would be that for set menus the food comes out very quickly

燈光有氣氛，環境舒適，座位乾淨，服務人員親切，食材新鮮，品種選擇多樣化，味道也非常好，唯獨地面設計感覺很滑，會再來。

We went on launch weekend so expected the service to be a bit slow. The food actually came out on time, all dishes were amazing. The staff seemed like they were first time waiters. The place lacks ambience though

The food was absolutely delicious and the friendly service team made us feel very welcome, and well looked-after. This is a wonderful addition to Battersea Power Station.

I went to the soft launch and it was 50% off. I had a pot of jasmine silver tea (very nice, beautifully fragrant), Miso Soup (lovely), the chicken karaage (it was ok, rather flavourless but succulent chicken), Kani Korokke (essentially crab croquette, although I couldn't taste any crab, if it had just been potato I wouldn't have known any different), seaweed salad (wonderful), and the crispy ebi sushi (it was ok- the prawn was still warm which made the sushi rather claggy and heavy). Service was very enthusiastic, the restaurant is large and spacious.

Food was delicious! Service was excellent! They even gave my husband a desert with a candle in as we were celebrating his birthday. Lovely experience I would recommend to anyone.
