We waited 55 min for our drinks. Our dinner was almost done when we Got our drinks. We had to ask 4 times. Noone asked during our dinner if everyrhing was ok or if the food ok. The food/menu was served randonmly and without any info. Bad service. We Will not come again. Food was the only +. But for those price we expect more. Very poor experience

Lars was a delighted server! And the food was amazing. The only downside was the high noise level.

Very good service and a welcoming atmosphere. We brougt kids (10 and 12) and they loved it. The waiters were exellent with the kids. The food was really good and the service was fast. (In the right tempo for us and the kids.) We are deffently coming back. The soft-drinks and drinks are a bit too expensive for what it is.

Over three hours for dinner and no explanation as to why even when asked. Long wait times, wait staff were all chatting amongst themselves and not attentive at all. Supposed to be a birthday dinner but no mention of this however we barely received drinks or service. Table next to us walked out. End of the road for sticks n sushi now having been to 4 locations in two different countries. Just embarrassing. The restaurant is not worth visiting, it’s a bit run down and tacky also. So many better options in Copenhagen, avoid.

As always the food was great. But… Some other guests were very noisy, listened to music, vaped, were very loud and walking around. It was disruptive for the other guests. We were there to celebrate a birthday and it wasn’t really that cosy with those conditions. Waiters were accepting the behaviour of this one table….

We were served the wrong food from another table, because the waiters had made mistakes within your system and the waiter also brought us food we didn't order and ended up paying for. The waiter was really nice and tried his best, we think he was new on the job.
