We had a wonderful server, she was polite efficient talkative, very enjoyable. She was tentative. She was blonde with a red top , but she was amazing , we sat by the window overlooking downtown , I think she was there 11 years 請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Our favourite place for a nice dinner. The ambiance is perfect, the food delicious, and the staff are all great. The only issue we had was a light that kept flicking on and off above our table and a thumping noise that kept coming from the bathroom area. We have been coming to Stillwaters for years, last night Feb 13th was a disappointing experience . It was my birthday and my husband ordered the steak ( rare ) with blue cheese crust and baked potato. The steak was well done and the baked potato was undercooked. Our steam muscles appetizer had over a doz dead ( not opened) muscles. with some having a funny smell to them. Our crab cakes were cold. My husband has been feeling off today. The only bright point as always was our amazing waitress who identified the steak as " that's not rare just by looking at it) . She tried her very best to make it right, but she got no support from your kitchen.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We were sat and not even asked for a drink order. We were eventually given water then left again. When waitress finally came she asked for our order immediately and then had nerve to ask if we wanted something other than the water to drink. The appetizer came very fast, the main very shortly after. The food tasted good but the rush atmosphere was Not! Plates were cleared and dessert was an after thought by waitress. She was ready to give us the bill. Dessert was ordered and it was Burnt! Incredibly Disappointing! After the wait to be acknowledged by the waitress, having a 3 course meal in under an hour was Not enjoyable at all!請問這對你有幫助嗎？
