STIR is the perfect restaurant to enjoy a night out, host clients, or sip a craft cocktail over a dozen oysters. Located in South End, the restaurant is an open-air concept with a large, heated outdoor patio. We are open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Our cold bar and kitchen offers fresh oysters from North Carolina and beyond, traditional Mexican and Peruvian ceviche, and classic entrees and specials, all prepared from scratch.

STIR is famous for craft cocktails. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation. The result: categorically elevated cocktails. Our passion for fine spirits also compels us to find and share rare bottles, many of which are extremely difficult to procure.

We welcome Charlotte to enjoy our unmatched cocktails, fresh seafood, and classic dishes in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.

    Nice open space, bright but good lighting makes it intimate, good food, nice Sunday brunch music just the right sound, we’ll be back!

    Great food and our server was great! Only negative was the host did not validate our parking after they walked to the back and handed us our garage parking ticket. Once I was leaving the garage it still charged me.

    Great atmosphere and attentive service. Food and drinks very good as well. Recommend the tuna poke bowl. Huge drink selection.

    it was our first time there the atmosphere and food was excellent. Our waiter Vic was very good. We definitely will be back.

    Definitely a good place to go for brunch and catching up with friends over a good meal. Would like to go back to see what the dinner menu is like. Has a good price point for a great time too

    Plan on an extra $12 to eat here. They say they will validate your parking at the parking deck but plan on $12 to park

    Excellent early brunch with great food and live music. Very reasonable drink prices for brunch. Best South End brunch we have had so far.
