   We went on a Sunday night and sat outside. Our server was good however overall accuracy, speed and food were below average. They got several of our orders wrong including bringing us the wrong cocktail and only when we were over half down with it informed us it was the wrong one with all totally different alcohols. My MIL has celiacs and they brought her food out with a bun after specificing the allergy and asking for no bread. It took over and hour and a half as the food took an extremely long time to get to the table and then the accuracy of our orders and things having to be sent back. Would maybe get takeout next time.

   We’ve been here many times, and honestly, the experience really depends on who’s working that day—both in the kitchen and on the floor. During our most recent visit with our daughter, we were greeted promptly and given water, but then waited 10 minutes for a beer and 15 minutes for an espresso martini that hadn’t even been rung up until I asked about it. We came during the transition from brunch to lunch, which we understand can be tricky, but we ordered oysters and the oyster bar still wasn’t ready by the time we received our check—an hour later. Our food wasn’t great either—my husband’s steak was overcooked, and it was clear our meals had been sitting under a warmer for a while since my salmon caesar salad was actually warm. Overall, a very disappointing visit, and unfortunately, we’re not likely to return.

   We had the Filet with goat cheese ravioli. Always a fabulous and delicious choice! The ravioli are all goat cheese (no vegetable mixed in), so it is a bit potent and strong. Our steaks were cooked perfect at medium! It’s always hard getting a steak cooked correctly. The server was kind. We noticed they had tables outside and inside near the kitchen, so they were far apart on opposite ends of the restaurant. It took 8-9 minutes to be greeted. But we knew what we wanted and after that it was great. Our drinks did take as long as the appetizers. I only have small comments about the experience. Yet, overall it was a great experiance. We loved the food. The drinks were good once they got to the table.

   Ommmmggggg from beginning to the end‼️ Complimentary valet was amazing and super sweet… Hostess was great… We arrived earlier than planned and we stopped by to see if we could be seated earlier and sure enough we got a wonderful table outside… Taylor was our waitress and she was AMAZING‼️‼️‼️ Drinks were top notch and the oysters were some of the best I’ve ever had… Will definitely be back‼️

   I recently dined at STIR in Raleigh, and while the food and prices were excellent, the service left a lot to be desired. The menu offers a great selection of fresh and flavorful dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious. The oysters were incredibly fresh, the cocktails were well-crafted, and the entrees were both satisfying and reasonably priced for the quality. However, the service was disappointingly slow. It took a long time for our server to take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. While I understand that a busy restaurant can have delays, the lack of attentiveness made the wait feel even longer. Overall, if you’re looking for great food at a fair price and don’t mind a leisurely pace, STIR is worth checking out. Just be prepared to be patient with the service!

   This was our second time for Sunday brunch. We liked the first time but they ran out of waffles. My wife got the chicken and waffles today was said it was yummy. It's a great brunch spot that I will easily recommend.
