We had the Free Range Chicken, for $55 this is unacceptable. Dry, no seasoning, skin was even chewy.....Costco chicken was definitely better. We've ordered 1 more entree and a salad, all in all, the food was terrible for the price.

We had a great time, food was great, the service was awesome, we were greeted by a wonderful staff as soon as we entered and our server was the best, she really took care of us, overall we were pleasantly surprised by how good the entire experience was. They did a great job in making the interior festive and decorated.

I came to STK Steakhouse in Bellevue expecting an upscale dining experience, but sadly, it fell far short of my expectations. Rather than embodying the sophistication it promises, the experience felt more like a focus on vibe over substance. The evening began with a 6:30 PM reservation, and while the venue was aware of its expected guests, it seemed woefully unprepared. When I ordered the New York Strip—one of their signature steaks—I was informed it was unavailable. Disappointed but willing to adapt, I opted for the Delmonico steak, only for the waiter to return shortly after to inform me that it, too, was unavailable. Ultimately, I settled on the Bone-in Strip, which was thankfully in stock. However, the repeated unavailability of key menu items so early in the evening is inexcusable for a restaurant of this caliber. My dining companions had similarly uneven experiences. One ordered the Lobster Linguini, which was described as flavorful but marred by rubbery lobster—a clear indication of overcooking or subpar ingredient quality. Another guest chose the Fish and Chips, which was satisfactory but unremarkable, doing little to redeem the overall impression of the meal. While STK Bellevue boasts an inviting ambiance, the lack of preparation and inconsistent food quality left much to be desired. In a community where reservations are the norm, diners reasonably expect staff to plan their inventory accordingly—not to run out of multiple steak options at the start of the evening. For the price and prestige associated with STK, I anticipated a memorable meal—not one marked by frustration and disappointment. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for management to prioritize better inventory planning and maintain consistently high food standards. With so many excellent dining options in Bellevue, STK needs to raise its game to truly stand out.

Service: I’ve been to STK in San Diego before but felt many of the staff are trying to hard and quite snobby at this location. Food: just ok…and if you order anything off the regular menu it’s ridiculously overpriced. Nearly $70 for fish and chips? The restaurant doesn’t specialize in seafood e Ambiance: The decor is nice, but the music was too loud and made me feel like we were at a club

We have been at STK for a few times, but this time was the best. We had Valentina as our server and she was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, professional, knew the menu very well and made very good recommendations. The service we received made our dinning experience much more special. Thanks Valentina. Well done!

This is an excellent choice if you're looking for a combination of a very lively environment for a high end steak dinner. If a night club and a steak house had a baby, it would look like STK. It was a little bit too loud for me and it made it difficult to have a quiet conversation. But if you are looking to party with a group of other hungry revelers, this is the place. The quality of the steaks is excellent as is the execution. Many great side dishes including seafood as well. An excellent wine list. Just don't ask for a high chair. We asked for one twice and got knowing nods, but no high chair. Probably not the best place to bring an infant anyway.
