                                Best food and ambience! Worth the trip and the money. The oysters were some of the best and I am from the East Coast. Everything is amazing. DJ playing up beat music with a sax in the background. So much fun. A must try!! It will not disappoint.

                                Steak was undercooked, sent it back, still undercooked. Manager was minimally helpful. They always put us upstairs even though we have a reservation. Not going back.

                                6:30 dinner Friday night in Disney Springs and you would have thought it was midnight in a Miami club. DJ spinning dance music way too loud, not exactly a high-end steakhouse vibe to me. Constantly had to ask the waiter to repeat himself. Steaks were well cooked but expensive. Lobster mac n’ cheese for $13 more than standard mac n’ cheese but you had to really dig to find the smallest specks of lobster. Mark up on wine bottles of about 4x on cheaper bottles and 3x on more expensive bottles. Service was good but I just don’t understand these upscale restaurants that focus more on being like party night clubs instead of focusing on delivering a great dining experience.

                                Stoic and perfunctory wait staff, loud thumping music adding to the overall hectic atmosphere . Steak, potato and Brussels sprouts were excellent but lobster Mac and cheese tasted fishy and we did not eat it . A very hit and miss experience for a $300 dinner for two .

                                I will start with the positives. The hostess was pleasant and welcoming.The steak was done perfectly and melted in your mouth but...... BEWARE !! Our waiter was friendly but very deceitful. I obviously didn't realize this until we left the restaurant and reviewed the bill a bit closer or he would not have received a 20% tip. I asked if they served a shrimp cocktail he replied yes with a bacon dish ,he never told us they were 2 separate orders that he was putting together for us,without making us aware, with 2 separate charges ,he made it sound like one dish,one price. We ordered surf and turf , we were asked if we wanted butter and sauces, never told us there was an up charge for them. Each one was $20.00 a piece ,which was most likely equivalent to 2 tablespoons of butter. and bernaise sauce,yes that's right $80.00 ! Our butter was ice cold ,the lobster tail was barely warm and tough, when asked for warm butter it took over 10 mins to receive it, as I watched him stand and polish wine glasses at the bar.He asked some else to get it for us, when it didn't come he said, I'll get it myself,went in the kitchen and came out without it. Walked around for a few mins and finally brought us another cold butter now we had cold lobster and and another cold butter. This was my Husbands birthday , we had anticipated a bill close to $300.00 for a surf and turf meal, with an appetizer ,each having a glass of wine with our meal. Our bill with tip was close $.450,00 ! It now is very obvious he really didn't care about our experience jut upping the bill. We have been together for 40 years and have eaten at many fine restaurants and I have NEVER written a bad review ,I just couldn't let this one go. We visit Disney Springs often but this was one and done for us, we will not be back.

                                Been several times but this time was not a very good visit. This time food seemed to take forever to be delivered to our table. We finally stopped a manager and asked about our food. About 10 minutes later, it arrived. Mac & Lobster was over cooked and hard, not cheesy as usual. It was very disappointing to say the least. Didn’t seem to bother the staff the food wasn’t fresh as expected. Don’t know if they have different management but something is not as it usually is.

                                The Orlando location is beautifully situated in the Disney springs area. This was my second visit. On a review of the menu on open tables app I accidentally stumbled upon the fact there is a second menu called steak Sundays. This menu offers exceptional value at $69 a person specifically designed for couples because it includes a bottle of wine. When I sat down I looked for it on the menu but did not see it. I asked the waitress and she said it was a separate menu and would see if she could get me one? It was almost like she was annoyed but the convoluted explanations afterwards were strange . Since we were three people she tried to explain how that would work . In the end the 3rd person ordered off the regular menu. The food was great! However the sides offered on the special were not as good. The steak and Caeser salad was the same quality on the special menu and delicious as always.
