                                Been several times but this time was not a very good visit. This time food seemed to take forever to be delivered to our table. We finally stopped a manager and asked about our food. About 10 minutes later, it arrived. Mac & Lobster was over cooked and hard, not cheesy as usual. It was very disappointing to say the least. Didn’t seem to bother the staff the food wasn’t fresh as expected. Don’t know if they have different management but something is not as it usually is.

                                The Orlando location is beautifully situated in the Disney springs area. This was my second visit. On a review of the menu on open tables app I accidentally stumbled upon the fact there is a second menu called steak Sundays. This menu offers exceptional value at $69 a person specifically designed for couples because it includes a bottle of wine. When I sat down I looked for it on the menu but did not see it. I asked the waitress and she said it was a separate menu and would see if she could get me one? It was almost like she was annoyed but the convoluted explanations afterwards were strange . Since we were three people she tried to explain how that would work . In the end the 3rd person ordered off the regular menu. The food was great! However the sides offered on the special were not as good. The steak and Caeser salad was the same quality on the special menu and delicious as always.

                                I made reservations- wasn’t seated until 45 min later . I ordered my steak medium well - it was raw when I got it . Will I go again? Nope! Thanks STK for nice photos . That all I got out of it.

                                We have been to STK in New York and the food, service, and atmosphere was good; however, the Disney Springs location was not as good. The server was very knowledgeable of the menu and made recommendations, but he didn't go into to detail about how STK cooks their steaks. For instance, we ordered a filet steak medium and it was served to us medium rare. Recommend the servers explain the consistency how the chef's cook the steak. We ordered the seafood appetizer and it was good but overpriced. The scallops were undercooked and too chewy. The bread runner couldn't figure out if he should bring us bread and served other tables except ours. He finally figured it out after 10 minutes. Our steaks were brought to the table but without steak knives. I waited 5 minutes for our server to locate steak knives. He explained there was a private party on the second floor taking most of the restaurants resources. Overall, I would stay away from this restaurant. The management is non-existent and the service is poor especially for a $400 plus meal. There are better and cheaper options in Disney Springs.

                                The appetizers were delicious but what we went there for “the steaks” were not worth the price tag….the spinalis was overcooked x 2 and the filet and cowgirl ribeye were just meh…I have eaten at several stks in other states and there meats did not disappoint….maybe we were unlucky this time….the drinks that I normally get were also blah….and although we really liked the cool sax player twist to bring a different music vibe I thought most of the time the music was that one level too loud for a very average meal and drinks….unlikely to go back there for dinner…save your money !

                                Happy hour is not worth dinning. Drinks seemed diluted, plates of food were very small (not a fan of the tater tots, but truffle fries were good). Chocolate cake from the dessert menu not good at all - cake was very small for $20, cold as if came straight from the fridge, and did not taste fresh. Fun ambiance and service was average. For the elevated level of dining, food quality and value of food did not meet expectations.

                                For the cost it was not worth it. $125 porterhouse came out cold. Truffle fries greasy. Food took forever. One drink at $25 with better elsewhere etc...
