                                            First time in San Juan, we were looking for a great place to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and STK exceeded expectations. Luis Lamboy and Maria were both excellent and knowledgeable of the menu; both had fantastic recommendations. Our appetizer, the fried octopus, was a first for me and we absolutely loved it. The burrata was another hit; the basil and the tomatoes were so fresh and the flavors all blended together beautifully. For our entree, per Luis’s recommendation, we shared the 28oz porterhouse steak with parmesan encrusted mashed potatoes and lobster mac n cheese on the side. Once again, zero disappointments. The lobster tail served with the mac n cheese was juicy and flavorful, the mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned and the parmesan crust provided a layered texture and a nice crisp, and the porterhouse steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare with a perfect crust as well, which I believe is very important when preparing a steak. For dessert my girlfriend picked out the choco coco, which consisted of a chocolate brownie, coconut ice cream, caramel pearls and topped with caramel popcorn. The dish offered a beautiful blend of sweet and salty, decadent and fun. The sparkler it was served with was a nice surprise for the occasion. Overall, as two people who also come from a service industry/fine dining background, we admit it can be difficult to wow us but STK was an incredible experience with delicious food, great service, and good vibes.

                                            I had an incredible dining experience at STK San Juan this evening. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The tuna tartare was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The cocktails were expertly crafted, perfectly balanced, and a great complement to the meal. Of course, the real highlight was the steak—cooked to absolute perfection, full of flavor, and exactly as ordered. The ambiance was lively yet sophisticated, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, STK San Juan delivered on every front—amazing food, great drinks, and a fantastic atmosphere. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier steakhouse experience in San Juan!

                                            It was a great culinary experience and the service Rosa provided us was exceptional, everything she recommended was delicious. A romantic and warm atmosphere.

                                            A little annoyed about resv time. Initially the resv was booked for 7:15pm after calling 2 hrs prior to let them know due to traffic concerns we will be late or can I change resv to 8pm to be sure. Concierge told me it was available I would be able to show up 15 mins. I assured her I don’t believe it would be enough time, she informed me it’s ok don’t worry, showed up initially got a bar seat due to being late, after complaining about 2 open tables for 2 being opened for 30 mins they were able to move me to a table for 2 moral of the story try not to be late if u are reschedule because they are very adamant about the time. Overall good food and ambiance

                                            Food and service were top notch. Dessert was phenomenal. We’re were just a bit disappointed but the advertised Valentine’s Day “event” that didn’t feel very special at all. We were expecting some kind of entertainment based on the description.

                                            The steaks were well seasoned and prepared well. The atmosphere was a little different on Valentine’s Day with many servers were stressed about diners not exceeding the 90 minute dining maximum. The food came very quickly with little time to enjoy.
