Whether you’re feeling SAVORY or SWEET, choose from the Signature STK Bites, Chef’s Cheese Selection, Decadent Dessert OR upgrade to the Wagyu Sampler Board to enjoy our elevated wagyu selections. Bottle selections include magnum bottles of Prosecco or Rose, or choice of 375ml or 750ml ($149 upgrade charge) bottles of Tito’s or Casamigos. The ONLY way to start your night off right is at STK Steakhouse, located in the Cosmopolitan Casino.

                        Extremely disappointing dinner. Server was extremely rude. Holiday menu cocktails were more than 1/2 unavailable as of 4:30pm on Christmas. I ordered an $85 glass of wine that came close to half the size of the pour of our neighboring tables glasses. Steak grossly undercooked. Ordered Medium but was close to raw in the center. We had 4 separate dinners all within The Cosmo during our stay, STK was by far the worst.

                        Restaurant came highly recommended but experience didn’t meet expectations. Prob will not visit in the future.

                        The server is awesome but when we received our mac & cheese, it was very cold and steak wasn’t tender. It was rough, but I will for sure give them another shot and hopefully it will be better.

                        We originally were a table of 9 which on arrival we changed to 11 with no issues. The waiter was brilliant he came over explained everything and told us to share sides as they were large. He answered all of our questions and advised which steak would be best he knew all the different cuts. The food arrived and everyone was pleased the sides were large as he had advised. The food was cooked to perfection my husband eats a lot of steak and he said it was one of the best he’d ever had. Everyone on the table enjoyed the meal and commented on it. The restaurant is a lovely setting and we were checked upon as a large group we were very well looked after quite often you can be forgotten. Even though we had been told it was expensive it was what we would have expected for a steak restaurant of that standard . My only negative comment would be we struggled to hear the waiter and also to converse in the group as the DJ was just in front of us and the volume was very loud otherwise a fantastic evening and would highly recommend

                        Food was very good, service was quick and polite. Not exactly sure if the food was exactly worth what you’re charged for. The inside was very nice and decorated beautifully but the music was very very loud. For a steakhouse, I wasn’t expecting there to be music blasted during the entire meal. I would have to practically yell for my family to hear me during the dinner. Speakers blasting music made it impossible to have a relaxing meal and/or communicate with anyone. Not exactly my style, but definitely recommend as their food and service is good.

                        Overall, ambience was very good. My wife’s Dover soul dish was excellent. My ribeye was supposed to be peppercorn crusted. However, there was no crusting on the steak itself, but I was given a side of dry peppercorn. Wasn’t sure why they gave me the pepper corn on the side. The only seasoning on my steak was the initial salt and pepper.

                        I went to STK with my family before going to a show at a different property. We eat at our fair share of high end steakhouses all over the country and all four of our steaks were done to perfection! The sides were great too! The service was quick and our server was friendly and attentive. In addition, the energetic, almost nightclub like vibe is super fun, very unique for a steakhouse, and a perfect fit for a night in Vegas!

                        STK is my favorite steak house on the strip. I have been to most of them. STK always delivers , food , service are always top notch. Only item on the menu I’m not a fan of is their wedge salad, a bit over priced for what you get. Everything else is excellent and prices on par with other restaurants.

                        Great staff, food portions were great, quality was fantastic and very tasty. They noticed our bread wasn't as fresh and brought us a fresh batch quickly. Thank you for accommodating us!
