Whether you’re feeling SAVORY or SWEET, choose from the Signature STK Bites, Chef’s Cheese Selection, Decadent Dessert OR upgrade to the Wagyu Sampler Board to enjoy our elevated wagyu selections. Bottle selections include magnum bottles of Prosecco or Rose, or choice of 375ml or 750ml ($149 upgrade charge) bottles of Tito’s or Casamigos. The ONLY way to start your night off right is at STK Steakhouse, located in the Cosmopolitan Casino.

                        3 week reservations and they put us at a high table next to the entrance. Looked like it was for walking or overflow. Both steaks were cooked incorrectly. The undercooked one was reheated and it came out charred but still undercooked. The asparagus was horrible. Looked and tasted like microwaved left overs. Mac and cheese was ok. Salads were large and good. Service was basic.- they did their job. Noisy place but I expected that it would be given that stk likes to be known as the Anti- steakhouse steak place. That’s fine but at least the food should be good.

                        The first table we were seated at was very uncomfortable with no chair backs. We were then moved to a table where in order for anyone to get by the table we were hit because it was so close to the other tables. (Maybe 1 foot between my chair and table behind) Both entrees were very disappointing - the prime rib was very tough and had been grilled even though a med rare temp was requested. It was also not clear on the special menu that the prime rib serving was massive…it was far too much for one person and it would have been nice to know that before ordering, The scallops were rubbery and full of sand. The music was too loud to have any conversation. The only saving grace was our waiter who was helpful moving tables and was pleasant. However at no point did he ask his our entrees were and I ended up leaving at least half of my prime rib on the plate because it was too tough to eat. Overall a very disappointing experience and I wouldn’t return,

                        The food, service, and ambiance were great! The only reason I had to take a star off was sanitation. One of our meals, mushroom, had elbow macaroni in it.

                        STK was great! It was worth the money because my parents and brother don't eat a lot and I am still on my diet. Because of this composition, we ordered 2 cocktails, the dry aged delmonico, duck gnnochi, lobster mac and cheese, beef sliders, and STK donut. This was enough for the group. With tax and tip, it came out to be around $120 a person. This was definitely worth it. The food was great. The gnocchi was a staff recommendation and the favorite of my family. The Mac and cheese and sliders were alright; nothing crazy but nothing disappointing either. The delmonico was pretty good. The meat was tender and juicy yet had a slight spring/bounce to the bite.

                        Extremely disappointing dinner. Server was extremely rude. Holiday menu cocktails were more than 1/2 unavailable as of 4:30pm on Christmas. I ordered an $85 glass of wine that came close to half the size of the pour of our neighboring tables glasses. Steak grossly undercooked. Ordered Medium but was close to raw in the center. We had 4 separate dinners all within The Cosmo during our stay, STK was by far the worst.

                        The best place for a steak in Las Vegas from the friendly staff to the ambience and the fantastic choices on the menu. We went Xmas day and had a 230 booking we were reminded of our booking via text message the day before and on the day we went for the lunchtime menu and had a filet steak and wage burger and steak cut chips both meals were perfectly cooked how we wanted them we had Fiji water and 2 beers total cost was fantastic value for money will defo go again when in vegas

                        We enjoyed Christmas Day at STK. Our server, Alex was knowledgeable about the menu, helpful with our wine selection to go with our entrees and attentive. We had the tuna tartare to start and it was excellent. My wife had the salmon and I had the rib cap, a special for the day. We both enjoyed them very much and we had the flourless chocolate cake for desert. All of the food was delicious and prepared well. We would definitely come back next time we're in Las Vegas or we we can hit the one in Nashville for a special night out.
