STK Steakhouse is “not your daddy’s steakhouse,” offering a high-energy dining experience that artfully combines the superior quality of a traditional steakhouse with a Vibe Dining atmosphere unlike any other. Whether you’re feeling SAVORY or SWEET, choose from the Signature STK Bites, Chef’s Cheese Selection, Decadent Dessert OR upgrade to the Wagyu Sampler Board to enjoy our elevated wagyu selections. Bottle selections include magnum bottles of Prosecco or Rose, or choice of 375ml or 750ml ($149 upgrade charge) bottles of Tito’s or Casamigos. The ONLY way to start your night off right is at STK Steakhouse, located in the Cosmopolitan Casino.

                                                    Place was way too loud. It’s like a night club in there. We were sat in the bar area. Food is way overpriced. Cesar salad is 30 dollars and fish n chips were 70. The server was nice but we will never return.

                                                    We ordered two fillet steaks, a small done medium and a larger one done medium rare. The server was great and confirmed that by saying medium it was pink throughout and medium rare was red in the centre. The medium rare steak ended up being more well done and dry than the steak ordered medium which was fine. We never got an opportunity to say it to the server as they didn’t come back around (it was busy and a large group arrived beside us).

                                                    Seating was way to cramped for this level of restaurant,little to no privacy. Food and service were decent but at this price point I expect exceptional . One does not go to Las Vegas looking for a bargain but most other $200 per person restaurants go out of their way to make dining a special experience. This was not the case here. In contrast we had been to their Happy hour the night before and it was an exceptional experience. I’ll be back for Happy hour but not dinner.
