Ate their last night. Terrible. It’s not like deliberately offensive in the way you’d imagine a very pretentious upscale place to be (not that I feel it was either of those things when booking). Hostesses aren’t looking down their nose at you people aren’t dripping in designer and diamonds but it was bad in a very basic way, it wouldn’t have been worth it if the price was cut in half. Calamari was below average - the batter wasn’t good and just too thin and falling off on about a third of it. Absolute worst truffle fries I’ve had in my life. I get them pretty much everywhere and these were inedible. I don’t know if one or all the ingredients were expired or something but I had to have it removed from the bill. My sister ordered the steak frites medium well, they had no sauces to go with it, only a paprika mayo for the frites. It was so dry she was basically choking on it and couldn’t finish it. Had a glass of rose that was forgettable. Server seemed annoyed? He had this undertone of irritation that was off putting and just made the experience even worse. It’s was palpable enough we all noticed it and eventually commented on it to one another to confirm the others noticed. Not sure if something happened or he was just stressed because it was busy but the vibe was unpleasant. We were sat next to a private dining room separated only by a thin curtain that was useless for sound proofing so we could barely hear each other half the time despite the fact that tables and seats are so close together you’re practically on top of each other. To the point where I have to say I could barely navigate around tucked in chairs and servers with and without a winter coat on. For context I’m a size 4/6? 5’4”, and still had to side step brushing up against chairs and other patrons when going to and from the bathroom — So if you’re bigger than that or have physical limitations…you especially should skip it.

Had a great meal. Food done to my expectations which were high. Waitress was a pleasure to deal with - always with a smile. Service was first rate. Enjoyed it very much!!!

Nice setting but food underwhelming for the price. e.g. French Onion soup nice cheese crust but soup insipid.

We went for a late lunch on New Year's Day. We picked Stock primarily because we love the decor and staff. It was a lively afternoon in the restaurant with one quite loud diner near us, but we could converse comfortably. Our waitress was lovely and gave me good direction on menu choices. Other staff who attended our table were equally gracious. We had noted before that staff at Stock strike a pleasing balance of being warmly engaging yet professional. The food was good and service was well timed from start to finish. It was an enjoyable outing to kick off the first day of the new year.

Always an amazing experience here. Great food and ambience. Lobster ravioli and calamari was on point for New Year’s dinner. Crème brûlée perfectly done.

Our NYE experience at Stock bar was really pleasant. We were served by a waiter named Alexander who was very knowledgeable on the menu and even gave us extra information on the menu items we ordered. The food was delicious and came out in a decent amount of time from when we sat down. My friend and I were saying we would love to come back for another meal. Thank you for giving us the perfect meal and experience to end off 2024!
