    Love Stock Hill. Food is always very good. Our service, however, was below average. For the prices, I would expect our server to make an effort not to walk by without making eye contact. Forgotten salads, empty dishes on the table while 7 employees walked by empty-handed. I would suggest for management to train all to help each other. It will not deter us from visiting Stock Hill, but service needs to be stepped up. Thank you.

    Wedge salad was ok, nothing special. Tomahawk steak was hugely disappointing. It was overcooked, tough, and very chewy. Seemed like the very first time that the restaurant offered this. Side of carrots was very good and seemed like the strong suit of the kitchen. Overall this did not seem close to a four star restaurant. For the price point, I cannot recommend.

    Stock Hill provided my son and me with a Thanksgiving dinner that was as close as possible to a home-cooked meal, but with a high-end twist. The service we received was exceptional, and the ambiance was both comforting and opulent.

    Exceptional Thanksgiving experience. All the traditional flare with a kick for Brussels Sprout Casserole. Simply amazing. Stock Hill is back to their A game.

    First time we’ve ever bothered to write a bad review…however, when you’re expecting a really nice meal at $800 for 5 people, and would have happily paid that or more and instead get a mediocre meal and inhospitable service, we’ll take the time to write this review in hopes that it gives guidance to would be patron and the proprietor.
