   I recently had a business meeting at Stoke, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Given the nature of the meeting, I anticipated a more refined dining experience. The food fell short in several aspects. It lacked the sophistication and quality I was hoping for, which was quite disappointing for such an important occasion. I hope the restaurant can improve its offerings to better cater to business clientele in the future.

   Great experience, except the food took an unreasonable time to be served. Normally not an issue, but we had tickets to a show and were pressured to eat quickly when it finally came.

   The food was very good. The drinks were amazing! It seemed like they needed a few more wait staff, but overall, a very nice meal and experience.

   This is my second time at Stoke & service is great. Food is always yum, they just changed the menu about 2 weeks ago! Def try to pretzel brioche and the shrimp appetizers! My friends got the pasta and i had the trout with a side of Mac & must end the night with the donut dessert. The restaurant itself was quiet but the brewery right next to it was buzzing so i felt like i was yelling to chat with my friends because we were in the booth right next to it!

   Seemed to have too many people working different roles but not coordinated together. First person came to our table to just pour water, manager came to give us wine and proceeded to spill a little each time he poured, and 3rd person to take our order. Food took forever to come out and before it came they asked us if we wanted another bottle of wine we said “we’d like a scrap of food first!” Food was mediocre. A few things were tasty, but we wouldn’t go back again. We also had problems getting in the place. There are 2 entrances and one entrance was locked off but no signage to indicate to go all the way around the building thru the hotel.

   The entire staff were so nice all the way from entry to exit. The food was very good and served promptly. We thought it was a little overpriced for the drinks and quantity of food. The menu was small but great variety. It was very clean and you can park there for the evening, if you eat there, and they will validate your ticket. Biggest compliments to the staff and chefs!

    We booked a reservation for Christmas Eve. When we arrived we were informed that it was a set menu. Way over priced for the quality of food we received. The best item was the Mac-N-Cheese. Pork was dry and beef was over cooked. Fixed menu and cost should have been posted on line as the price of $80.00 per person was too high for the quality of food we received. The service was good as staff was very nice. We even looked at the menu online at 11:00 this morning and there was nothing posted about the menu.
