Representing Scotland at its best – its heritage, history and beauty – The Strathearn experience is like going to the theatre and being entertained. One of the last bastions of first-class Highland dining, The Strathearn’s traditional walnut gueridon trolleys, silver cloches and butler trays deliver the touch of a bygone era, while a setting of elegant grandeur reflects the essence of Gleneagles glamour.

The refined setting encourages you to dress for dinner but jackets and ties are not essential.

                    All of the diners commented on how cold the carved beef and main course In general was, this might have been difficult to rectify as It was carved at the table. A real shame, however we enjoyed the experience nevertheless.

                    The restaurant and food have been updated. It was excellent before, and is a little more modern now in terms of food. Music and service excellent and not intrusive.

                    amazing. The theatre of the restaurant made it so special. The staff were terrific. Food perfect. Sommelier Jason very knowledgeable- a truly wonderful evening. So good we went both nights we were in Gleneagles
