I came for the taco bell pop up menu night. Reservations were fully booked within 30 mins but I was able to snag a late one.
This was my third time at Street Disco, and I'll definitely come back, but this was an off, not-great experience.
We came 15 mins early because we were hungry and expected it to be super busy.
Service was great as in our individual server was very sweet and accommodating, but service was bad as in receiving food or drinks was extremely slow. $15 dollars for a spritzer and $12 for a short Titos with soda. I think we were two or three drinks in before our small chips and queso every came which would have been the quickest thing on the menu to serve.
The Chelada Verde was not what we were expecting, but I liked it a lot. Very refreshing.
So many things were sold out on the menu. When we finally got the food, all of it was lukewarm. Tortillas and chips seemed store bought. For taco bell food, I totally get that could be what you want to go for, but would have guessed they would be homemade since Street Disco tends to be more elevated in general.
I was super disappointed in the sauces they served. I didn't finish the bean burrito because that sauce was mostly tomato paste and not delicious.
The best part of the food we were able to order was the steak. It was tender and perfectly cooked! Aside from that, we were bummed and would have preferred regular Taco Bell for the price and for what we got.
Hope their next night is better, and their regular menus are still amazing!
