The Tender Carp
僅限2025年1月15日The Tender Carp presents: Visiting Qingdao (青島酒屋風味) Exploring coastal cooking of Qingdao (AKA Tsingtao) beer houses. An a la carte pop up by Chef Michael Fu Lu exploring regional Chinese cuisine and experiences of his cultural background. Dietary information from the chef: This is a popup about Qingdao coastal cooking that is commonly paired w/ their local beer (Tsingtao), it is drinking food. Baby cuttlefish skewers aside, all the other skewers are shellfish free. As well as Wontons, Cruller & Dessert. Gluten free individuals will fair better w/ the skewers and the Rice dish but there will still be traces of gluten in the soy sauce and bean paste so not Celiacs friendly Cruller & Dessert aside, vegetarian dishes are not available.Relever: Spicy dining and natural wines
僅限2025年1月29日Relever. Brought to you by Kim Jong Grillin' and Street Disco. Round 4 of chefs Kyle Christy and Han Ly Hwang's collaborative spicy food concept. Featuring natural wines curated by Street Disco's wine director Ang D'Occhio, wines intentionally curated to pair with spicy food, think outside the Riesling. The food for this event is all spicy, it cannot be made not spicy, this is an exploration of spice. Chili spice, mustard spice, horseradish spice, it will send you on a bit of an adventure. Nothing on this menu is challenge level spicy, no waivers needed, no Carolina Reapers; however you will need some water and may break a bit of a sweat.
