Precision at its finest, StripSteak Waikiki features a menu with all natural Prime Certified Angus beef, American Wagyu beef and Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. Other signature offerings include “Instant Bacon” with Kurobuta pork belly, Seafood Platters, with king crab, lobster, oysters, and more. Not to be missed is Chef Mina's unique Triple Seared Japanese A5 wagyu served with yuzu kosho, ponzu and wasabi.
