Encompassing all the tradition of a classic steakhouse, StripSteak by Michael Mina in Waikiki is a modern twist on the classic American steakhouse. Chef Michael Mina has created a fun and innovative menu, bold in flavor and diverse in inspiration. Precision at its finest, StripSteak Waikiki features a menu with all natural Prime Certified Angus beef, American Wagyu beef and Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. Other signature offerings include “Instant Bacon” with Kurobuta pork belly, Seafood Platters, with king crab, lobster, oysters, and more. Not to be missed is Chef Mina's unique Triple Seared Japanese A5 wagyu served with yuzu kosho, ponzu and wasabi.

For the main course, choose from tender Filet Mignon, Prime New York Strip & luxurious entrées such as Macadamia-Crusted Mahi Mahi, Roasted Jidori Chicken all accompanied by sides like Butter Whipped Potatoes and Flash Fried Brussels Sprouts. End on a sweet note with Lilikoi Cheesecake or Devil’s Food Cake. Enhance your evening with optional shellfish platters or Japanese Wagyu upgrades. Priced at $139 per person.     Beautiful restaurant with great staff. The staff works as a great team to make sure u have the best dining experience-hamachi tacos so well done -French fries!!-their med rare is def more rare so keep that in mind when ordering - will go back next yr.

    大晦日で満席で大忙しの中、素早く親切な対応に驚きました！お料理も美味しく、５人で行ったのですが、皆んな大満足でした。Hawaiiへ行ったらまた行きたいお店が増えて喜んでいます。

    Stripsteak offers a stylish atmosphere and polished service, but the food doesn’t consistently deliver. The A5 Wagyu lacked its signature melt-in-your-mouth quality, falling short of expectations for such a premium cut. Sides were a mixed bag—the mashed potatoes were outstanding, while the mac and cheese was flavorful but overly salty. Starters like the pork belly bacon were decent but unremarkable. While the ambiance impresses, the execution of key dishes leaves room for improvement. For the price, the experience feels uneven, with sides often outshining the main courses. Rating: 3/5
