I am writing my review base off of the experience, I believe that you are as good as your TEAM and the LEADERSHIP was not showing that as a group. If the LEADERSHIP is not united, how do you expect everyone else to follow. There were missed opportunities from the leadership, and the volunteers looked confused in what they are suppose to do. And as leader you never let your team fall, by not helping out the rest of the group. To have the professor carrying a tray was crazy, The lack of communication showed, because we asked several times for a server to get a drink that we asked three different people and one of them was a Assistance General Manager who never came back to the table, she never stopped past our table to see how things was going or how did enjoy the food, nothing. And was even more sad was that we had one of the chef that teach at the school who was also the mentor of the student in there dishes. We had former CIA students that were at the table with us and just to hear them speak about their experience and remembering their own Capstone was interesting. Communication is so key to a successful dining experiences, it can make or break experience to decide if you would ever come back to the restaurant again; your food can be great but if the overall experience does not show then you may not come back again.. But overall it was good, but could have been better is everyone was a team. The food was good but the table sitting was off, because we had some people at our table to had food allergies and almost got the wrong dish. So Again LEADERSHIP and COMMUNICATION is key for a successful business.
