   Slightly over hyped. Service was sub-par, we felt rushed in and out, food was average for advertised. There are better places to eat in Knightsbridge for 50% of the cost with a much better experience.

   The food was fantastic. We were welcomed warmly on the top floor rooftop but we decided to eat inside on the lower floor. That was a mistake because the service from the waiter there was terrible, and so unfriendly as to be rude. I very, very rarely request that the service charge be taken off the bill (in fact I cannot remember the last time I did so), but I did here. To be fair, the manager was happy to do this once we had explained the situation. As I say, the food is great. The ambience on the rooftop is also brilliant where we had our dessert and coffees (as was the service on the rooftop). However, given the prices it is not worth visiting to receive such unfriendly and informal service.

   Fantastic food, felt a little rushed as waiter kept trying to clear out plates too early when we weren’t finished. Had a loud table of drinks next to us which slightly ruined the ambience. Waiter also forgot a round of drinks… apart from these small niggles a great restaurant food was fabulous

   The restaurant is beautiful. The high ceilings and space are surprising for its in-store location. I enjoyed the bread and it would have been perfect if not for the cold center. If you can’t serve freshly-baked bread, at least reheat it properly for an even temp. I loved the steamed turbot and would have been an incentive for me to come back to try more of the menu. The porterhouse was not really worth the wait nor the price tag. But what really let this restaurant down is the service. And it’s the reason I don’t intend to go back.

   Went for lunch with the family and service was awful. They forgot half of the starters and 3 hours waiting for our main course which never arrived. We walked out . The manager was so rude as if that’s a normal length of time. They had no idea what they were doing. I will no waste my time and money there ever.

   Food was excellent. Service was subpar. Our second round of drinks arrived after our dinner was finished. We couldn’t get our waiters attention. They made it up to us by taking care of our drinks and dessert.

   Food was good, service was average, prices are high, restaurant not too busy, unprofessional staff wanted to pack people all together in worst seating area of restaurant when it was 30% full.
