Studio Gauthier is the exciting new project from Alexis Gauthier, taking over the unique and beautiful setting of the BFI building in Fitzrovia. Beautiful velvet booths meet austere concrete and California colours with a large open kitchen to see everything the chefs are preparing. The 100% plant based menu features, for the first time, Gauthier Soho level dishes in a less formal and more wallet friendly environment, perfect for a fun evening with friends.
Also don’t miss the private, sheltered mews terrace at the back.

    Studio Gauthier is a delight. The food is excellent and equally tasty to Vegans and non Vegans alike! The staff are all lovely and service is beautiful and attentive.

    Had a great experience. Food was delicious and really reasonable price for the quality and quantity of food. Our 7 year old loved it and asked to have that kind of food everyday. Keep leading the way to a more sustainable future, Gauthier!! #makingadifferencetofuturegenerations

    The food was refined and tasty. You can't even tell it's vegan. Colourful and cosy atmosphere. Fantastic staff.

    Every course of our Chirstmas Menu was delicious. I loved my kelp caviar, the pancake it was on was a bit sweet for the lovely savoury caviar and sour cream, for my palate. No problem I took some of my husband's focaccia and spread it on that. Delicious. The two maincourses celebrated the traditions perfectly and the potato dish was superb. Desserts, both excellent, with the Louis XV chocolate being incredible. Vegan food without compromise. Your pacing was perfect no waiting and no rushing either. Friendly service. Thank you!

    We arrived to a friendly welcome from our host and sat in one of the comfortable velvet banquets, which gives a more private dining experience. It’s an odd brutalist concrete interior, but with all the homely additions it felt very inviting. Our favourites were: vegan caviar and the ‘beef’ sushi. We will definitely be back!

    Every single piece of sushi was absolutely delicious, top notch quality, beautiful and often original. Loved the crunch of the puffed quinoa, the creative combinations and the wide variety (which the lovely waiter chose for us) of the bottomless sushi.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Studio Gauthier. Myself and my partner have been many times before and on this occassion we came with two friends who had not been before. One is pescatarian like ourselves, and the other is a meat eater, but we all loved the food - really tastey and inventive. The service was lovely and we treated ourselves to the wine pairing, which was very good.
