In Italian Stuzzichino means means “try a little bit of everything”. Stuzzichino was Sydney’s first Italian (rather than Spanish) “tapas” restaurant. Located inside Bankstown Sports’ La Piazza precinct, Stuzzichino has been given rave reviews for its excellent seafood-focused menu, the wonderful service from experienced wait-staff and the tempting wine list.

My family and I were dining for a special occasion, my son’s birthday. We were taken to our table and waited for at least 30mins before someone came to take our order and that was only cause I called for someone. We ordered 3 entrees and only one came out and ended waiting 45 mins for the rest to come and by then we were almost full, having to wait so long. The waiter came to us and told us that he would bring out the pizzas as they take the least amount of time and then followed by the pastas later. We were not impressed with the service, although the food was yummy. I also had initially included in my online booking that it was my son’s 16th birthday and no one even offered a cake. Overall I am quite disappointed with the service, very poor (it was also a quiet night, not just at all!)

Lack of variety in the menu. Took a long time to get service (20 minutes) Quality of meals below standard. Entres and main meal came together Last meal provided came 10 minutes after everybody else Food was piled but the Entres dishes were not cleared from the table. Coming for at least 12 years but the changes I noticed have made it bad.

Service was slow. Had to get waiters attention everytime wanted service. Pizza came out before entrees. Food was really good. Table service poor. Had to go get water refills at bar ourselves. Staff short staffed. If you are hungry recommend you order pizzas as they only thing guaranteed to come out quickly. Multiple tables had same complaints. Had to wait 10 mins to pay bill due to no one at pay counter. If you don't like having to chase up for service or have no patience don't come here as it is very uncomfortable experience.

The food is always of exceptionally high quality. Great venue but due to how busy it always is and low ceilings it is EXTREMELY NOISY. If you want to chat over dinner this is not the venue for you.

The customer service was crap. No one checked up on us to see how our drinks or food was. We had to wait so long for someone to acknowledge us. When we paid there was no hi/hello or thank you. Customer service need some training as they have no manners. Food was bland. Chicken in the risotto was yucky. Food quality not the best. Would definitely go else where. Very disappointing!

Food was tasty. Prosciutto pizza was lovely and so was the prawn linguine and rocket salad. Waiter wasn’t sure what he was doing, guess he just started. He didn’t want to take our order for an entree and main separately which made no sense. Also, he accidentally clicked the wrong table’s bill and if it wasn’t for us checking, would’ve charged us an incorrect bill of $445 ! Noise was high but overall food was solid.

Lovely Italian restaurant within Bankstown Sports Club. Excellent service from all the staff, especially Luca. A little noisy during the peak dinner time when the restaurant was full, but quietened down later. We all had a good time (table of 8 at 7.15pm on a Saturday night) but tell your group to get there early. Car parking is a nightmare, with some having to drive around the Club carpark for 40 minutes to find a spot. Restaurant was understanding.
