Succotash PRIME is a progressive perspective of classic Southern favorites. James Beard Award winner Edward Lee brings his Korean roots and Southern repertoire to a soulful Southern Steakhouse menu.

SUCCOTASH is named after the classic dish that has been a longstanding staple of the Southern table. While many know “Succotash” when they see it, the dish has been interpreted, modified, and passed from generation to generation for centuries. Our “Succotash” is special to us and we invite you to experience the South from our point of view.

We will definitely be back to try more dishes. The food was great, tasty and well-presented and some items were surprisingly inexpensive. Service was mixed because we were there between lunch and dinner and servers changed mid-meal, plus “restaurant policy” made it hard for us to get seated until 4 of our party of 6 arrived or to split our check 4,ways as desired. Lighting was also very dim while noise was not, but overall it was still an enjoyable experience that all party members are keen to repeat. Thank you, Succotash!

Beautiful location with a great bar! Food was ok at best. We had to send two steaks back for being hard as a rock even when ordered to be cooked medium. Apps and drinks were the best part of the meal.

I love visiting Succotash when I come to town for work and always take my coworkers an introduce them. Its a treat, the food and staff are great!

The food was very good. No complaints about that at all. My biggest issue, with no was to rate this, is the constant upselling of the servers. I’m sure they’re instructed to do it. From the “still or sparkling” water at the start (if you say Still, meaning tap, it’s too late. You have bottles of still water that are $7 a bottle then the constant adding of items to your meal “for a special price” to drinks, coffee, and dessert. Always pushing an extra drink, or special side you can only get now, etc. While we loved the food, the end experience was not the best. Won’t be back for a while just because of that.

I’ve been dining at Succotash since they opened and they’re one of the most consistent restaurants in the area on every level. There hasn’t been a decline in quality, service, ambience, or value. I’m never disappointed and it remains my top suggestion for visitors.

Incredible food and service. The deviled eggs, cornbread, and steak with bacon jam were a must-try. Highly recommend!

Amazing selection of southern style food with some Asian twists. Nice wine selection. Beautiful dining room. Fantastic service. Recommend the deviled eggs, fried green tomato salad, and the collard greens. The steak was cooked perfectly with a pat of Cajun butter!

The shrimp and grits were amazing, but the biscuits were a bit tough. Really enjoyed the milk punch cocktail and our server was great.
